How we help

The first and second annual Tri-City Ride for Autism were both an amazing success, because of kind-hearted people who believe that every child deserves the opportunity to live the best life possible.
Over the last two years we have donated over $15,000.00 to help children, youth and families at KidsAbility.
For children with autism, communication, relationships, language and social situations are just a few of the barriers that they face. KidsAbility’s therapists help children to break down these barriers, helping families experience many firsts – from speaking and expressing their thoughts for the first time to families being able to participate in community activities together.

This year it is our hope to donate $8,000.00 to KidsAbility.

There are over 1,300 children and youth in our community who are waiting for services at KidsAbility. With the new FORD government changes to Ontario’s Autism program, these services are out of reach for many children. Together, we can ensure that every child and youth has access to the services that they need to live, learn and play.

Your donation will make that possible.

Testimonials

"The Tri City Ride for Autism is an exemplary event. The sense of belonging and community is felt from the moment you arrive and throughout the year , as you wait to ride again the following year. The cause is so incredibly necessary; even more so this year after the outrageous government cuts. Children deserve a community that comes together to stand for what they need and this ride is exactly that. I can’t imagine not attending!"
